So Whiskerino begins anew today for 2009 and I have mixed emotions about it. It was a little shocking to hear that this would be the last year – yes, you read that correctly. I say that it is only a little shocking because we all know what kind of undertaking this is for Michael… well, we probably don’t know the half of it. It is definitely expensive and most certainly time consuming.
So I am excited and sad. I look forward to the experience for one final year. I’ll likely never grow another beard after this one.

So, every couple of years when Whiskerino rolls around, I get involved (much to my dear wife’s chagrin.) I have a lot of fun and make a lot of new friends, but more than anything, I find it a great excuse to be creative. And nothing is better than getting to be creative than getting rewarded for it. So once again, I have obtained a Whiskerino King Beard award.

That’s right, ladies and gents. The camaraderie of the beard is here once again. Tell your friends… if they are man enough (litterally) to rock a beard for the next several months. I’ll be involved and couldn’t be looking forward to it any more. http://www.whiskerino.org
No word yet as to whether vaginarino will also be re-upping their involvement or not. Looks like the domain has gone away.
