So I’ve not been diligent in getting posts up… at all. I’m going to go ahead and blame it on the negative emotions I’ve slowly associated with WordPress over the last few months. The fact is that combating all the comment spam this site gets is overwhelming and consumes a good half-hour each day.

Turns out that the distaste I was developing for this site and Wordpress in general was really my fault… because I’m lazy. I’ve activated Askimet this morning. Askimet is a plug-in that was already installed with my version of WordPress… it just needed to be activated and verified with an API key– go figure. The API key is available for free from WordPress, I just needed to invest the few seconds it took to register for one.

So, with the baby coming any day now (you’d already know about this if I had actually written a post about it) and with Adobe’s Director 11 coming out very soon, expect some posts…
